Established in 2015 by husband and wife team Noel and Maria, New Bristol Brewery has been at the heart of the Bristol beer scene since its humble beginnings. They describe themselves as passionate, creative and inclusive, pushing boundaries in pursuit of great tasting pales, IPAs, sours and stouts. There's a taproom too.
New Bristol brew the Summacrush Session IPA (4%, also available gluten-free), The Joy Of Sesh IPA (4.2%, across cask, keg and can) and Bristol Lager (4.6%), which made it onto a '50 Top UK Best Beers' list. They've also turned out a Tropical Fusion Hazy Pale (4.8%) using fresh-crop hops, a Jungle Is Massive Double IPA (7.4%) and hop-focused Abstract Series releases like their Simcoe Hazy Pale.
