Brewster's Brewery was founded in Grantham, Lincolnshire in 1998 by Sara Barton, a Heriot Watt-trained brewer honouring the historic role of women in brewing - "brewster" being the old English word for a female brewer. The cask-led brewery makes a range of session ales, from pale hoppy beers to a rich aromatic porter.
