Unfiltered, unfined and unpasteurised, made on a working farm in Sherborne. It started as cuckoo brewing on other people's kit and has grown into a twenty-five-hectolitre brewery of its own, which is a decent jump and one they are clearly rather pleased about.
Apex Brewing Co are the self-styled "petrolhead brewers" of Patson Hill Farm in Sherborne, Dorset. Their philosophy is simple: brew beer worth coming back to, sourcing the best barley and grains they can. Names like Piston Popper, Flagman, Rev Head and Laguna Drift give a flavour of the motorsport-mad naming that runs right through the range.
