XYLO is a seaside microbrewery in Margate, Kent, founded in 2019 by Neil Wright and Ben Atkins, brewing from a plant built into the cellar of its own pub, with a sunset tap room bar on site. The range spans TDH IPA, a gluten free Czech style pilsner, fruited sours, session IPAs, imperial stouts, barley wines and DIPAs, currently all keg or canned rather than cask.

XYLO is a microbrewery with a sunset tap room, and their beers show some real range. Elasticity is a 5.8% TDH IPA, Daydream a 4.6% gluten-free premium pilsner, and Margate Rock a 5.5% fruited sour built on tart raspberry and blackcurrant with a hint of vanilla. Three very different beers from hoppy and crisp to tart and fruity, all under one roof. If you fancy a pint with a view, the tap room's sunset setting is part of the appeal too.
