Woofy's is a small-batch craft brewery working out of a converted dairy in Strangford, Herefordshire. Everything is brewed and bottle-conditioned by hand, using quality hops and malts. A proper hands-on, small-scale set-up.
Woofy's Brewery turns out everything from crisp session IPAs to rich porters and stouts. Their Session IPA is a proper traditional pale ale with palate-cleansing bitter notes, and the Craft Pilsner (aka Hello My Name is Imogen) is a full-flavoured, refreshing Czech-style lager built for easy drinking. Add Milestone Porter, Aston Ale and Sparky's Wit and you've a decent spread of styles for a brewery clearly not sticking to just one lane.
