The Teme Valley Brewery is a craft producer of cask and bottle-conditioned beers. It opened in 1997 to brew for The Talbot in Knightwick, Worcestershire, and has expanded to sell directly to pubs, shops and specialist off-licences across the West Midlands. UK malt, local hops, mostly Burton bitters.
Teme Valley Brewery say every beer they make has won either a Great Taste or SIBA award. The range spans This (3.7%), an easy-drinking light ale, through Hop Nouvelle (4.1%), a hoppy aromatic number, and the chestnut-coloured, nutty That (4.1%), up to golden session ale Talbot Blonde (4.4%), dark strong bitter Wotever Next? (5.0%) and Hearth Warmer (6.0%). Most of their ales are available as cask or bottle, and the bottles are bottle-conditioned, so there's a way to drink them whichever way you like it.
