SOHO Brewing was founded by Michael Breen, who spent 15 years running bars and restaurants in Soho and the West End before turning to sourcing beer as Britain's craft beer scene took off. Commercial brewing began in December 2019, with the recipe devised by Fergal Murray, formerly master brewer at Guinness, initially brewed at Hepworth in Sussex. The range includes an unpasteurised lager and a hop-forward American Pale Ale.
SOHO Brewing was founded by Michael after 15 years running bars and restaurants in London's Soho and West End, and the range keeps things focused: two beers, both 4.5%. SOHO Lager is a Munich-Pilsner hybrid, unpasteurised and built entirely on Noble aroma hops for herbal, citrus character. SOHO American Pale Ale combines malted barley and wheat with Cascade and Citra hops from the US Pacific Coast, giving grapefruit, lemon zest and pine. The brewery's line is premium ingredients, consistency and freshness in every beer.
