Scatterlings is a brewery focused on making easy drinking saisons, located in Virginia Water, Surrey on a working farm. They're taking their time to make balanced, purposeful beers - open fermentation, mixed wild and domesticated yeast, a year or more in French oak, then bottle conditioned.
