Muswell Hillbilly Brewers began with four home-brewers in North London who decided to turn a shared decade-long hobby into a proper 3-barrel brewery, opening their Avenue Mews taproom in 2020. They lean hyperlocal - growing hops in neighbourhood gardens - and brew with an eye on sustainability as much as flavour.
