Loose Cannon was set up by Will Laithwaite, who left university in 2004 with what he cheerfully calls a pretty useless degree in Ancient History. The brewery's first beer was a collaboration before that was a common thing, and locals were asked to vote on trial brews. Abingdon Bridge is the flagship.
Loose Cannon has been brewing from the heart of Oxfordshire since 2010, and they call themselves an award-winning outfit. Their range takes in Gunners Gold, Abingdon Bridge, The Jungle Bock, Bombshell, a Robust British Porter, a Session IPA and 676 Lager: a decent spread across styles and strengths, and a solid line-up to explore.
GB delivery £4.99.
