Brewery
Milton Keynes, South East
Hall's is a young one, set up in 2023 by Bill Hall, and the remit is refreshingly simple: they only make traditional cask beers. No sprawl across a dozen styles, just cask done the traditional way. A good sign if that is the way you like your beer.
The line-up runs from Golden Ale and Blonde through to darker stuff like Dark Mild and Black Five, alongside names like Resolute, Workhorse and Valkyrie, with the odd batch making it into glass bottles too. They've also turned their hand to one-offs when the occasion calls for it, including an elderberry fruit beer foraged locally and a beer brewed specially for the Coalville Autumn Fayre.
