Wesley Burden and Peter Nelson started this in a shipping container at Folkestone Harbour in 2016, brought together by craft brewing and sourdough baking: two fermentations, one obsession. Now at Park Farm, pouring from 500-litre serving tanks, with seasonal ginger beer, elderflower and cherryade alongside the hops.

Docker Brew Co is a craft brewery down in Kent, using a mix of UK and New World hops to keep things interesting. Their line-up includes Local Lager, the hazy-sounding Life In 3D, and a proper Ginger Beer for something different. They run a taproom in Folkestone, and if you can't decide what to go for, there's a Build a Box option letting you put together your own selection. Straightforward, small-scale brewing with a bit of variety across styles rather than one big flagship beer.

The taproom on Park Farm, Folkestone is open Friday 3–9, Saturday 12–9 and Sunday 12–6. No online delivery terms are published.
