Bohem Brewery brews only traditional Bohemian-style lagers in Tottenham, north London, using the decoction method on custom brewing equipment made in the Czech Republic. Founded in 2017 by Czech expats Petr Skocek and Zdenek Kudr, it makes Czech pilsner, amber and dark lagers alongside seasonal specials, and runs a taproom on Myddleton Road.
