Beer Ritz

Online only

Selling beer by mail order since 1998, Beer Ritz calls itself the longest-established online bottled beer shop in the UK. An independent, online-only retailer based near York, it stocks a big range from British craft and traditional brewers alongside Belgian classics and German staples, and sends most orders on a next working day service.

Standard delivery is £10.99 for the first 20kg, then 46p per extra kilo (roughly 1kg per 50cl bottle, 0.75kg per 33cl bottle, 0.5kg per 44cl can). Orders placed before midday go out on a next working day service to mainland England, Wales and southern, eastern and central Scotland. Northern and western Scotland, the Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands cost more and take longer. No free-delivery threshold, no minimum order, and no overseas shipping.
