Beer Hut Brewing Co brew across a wide span. On the sessionable end there's Peach Melba, a low alcohol pale ale at just 1% ABV, right through to Is Life, a hefty 12.9% barley wine. Other names to look for include Czech For Updates, Chase The Sun and Galaxy Full Of Simcoe, and every so often something like Community Vibing, a 13.5% barrel-aged barley wine, turns up as a genuine one-off, so it's worth seeing what they've got on rather than assuming a favourite is always there.
