Independent pub · Nottingham
The Top House is a pub in Bulwell, Nottingham, which calls itself a traditional family friendly pub. It overlooks Bulwell Meadow. The pub says its three handpulls offer changing ales, with a spotlight on local breweries. CAMRA records the building as dating from the early 1800s, possibly earlier. It began as the Limekiln, became the Coopers Arms in 1876, and took the name Top House in 2012. There is a spacious beer garden, a function room, darts and dominoes, and live sports are shown.
