About the pub

The Wheelwright's Arms is a dog-friendly village pub in St Nicholas Hurst, near Reading. The pub says its 19th-century building has a history as a wheelwright's shop. At the bar it serves Wadworth traditional ales and Folly Road craft beers, plus a rotating selection of seasonal brews from the Folly Road Brewhouse. It also lists keg beers, lagers, ciders and low and no-alcohol options. There are two outdoor areas, including an enclosed garden with a heated canopy. The kitchen offers pub classics, daily specials, gluten-free choices and a Sunday roast, with seasonal ingredients from suppliers across the South West.
