Independent pub · London
The Three Stags is a traditional pub in Kennington, directly opposite the Imperial War Museum. It has up to three cask ales and up to 10 beers on tap, including some from London breweries, and the pub also lists craft beers. It became a freehouse in June 2023. Charlie Chaplin and his family knew the pub, and a small snug is called Chaplin's Bar. Original cast iron pillars survive. Food is served daily, with a Sunday roast and an emphasis on free range and ethically sourced products. There is a small seating area outside at the front and a private room.
