Independent pub · London
The Sydney Arms is an independently owned corner pub on Sydney Street in Chelsea, London, just off the Kings Road near Chelsea Town Hall. It calls itself one of Chelsea's last independent freehouses and says its roots lie deep in the horse racing community, promoting itself as London's racing pub. Live sport is shown on five screens. Cask ale is served, and regulars include Sharp's Doom Bar and Timothy Taylor Landlord, alongside a changing guest beer. The pub says its menu celebrates the best of British, with pub favourites and daily specials, and bar snacks are available.
