The Sporting Page

Independent pub · London

About the pub

The Sporting Page is a sports pub on the corner of Camera Place in Chelsea, in the back streets between the Fulham Road and the Embankment. It was rebuilt in 1964 as the Red Anchor and renamed in 1989, and a salvaged Victorian lamp still hangs over the door. Inside, it is a comfortable one bar pub, with sporting prints and memorabilia on the walls. Three handpumps offer up to three cask ales, often including some from London breweries. The pub says it has plenty of screens showing Sky Sports and TNT Sports, and food specialises in pizzas, from a kitchen residency by Pizza Mannyacs.
