The Roebuck is a Joseph Holt pub on Kirkway in Alkrington Garden Village, Middleton. Holt acquired it in 2023 and reopened it after a refurbishment in 2024; it was previously called Thornberries. It has a central bar serving all areas, with booths, high tables and low tables. Holts cask ales are served, with Joseph Holt Bitter and Two Hoots regulars, alongside Holt's keg products. There is an extended beer garden at the front and back, and Sky Sports and TNT Sports are shown throughout. Food is on the menu, and the pub is dog friendly with disabled access.
