The Regent is a pub in Balham, right in the heart of the area, as it puts it. Its beer list changes, and typically includes Castle Rock Harvest Pale, Sambrook's Wandle and Timothy Taylor Landlord. Inside is a vast sports bar with several big screen TVs. Out back, the pub says its Secret Garden is one of Balham's best spots for outdoor drinks. There is live music, and the pub serves a Sunday roast it calls one of Balham's favourites.
