Independent pub · Liverpool
The Pilgrim is a pub at 34 Pilgrim Street in Liverpool's historic Georgian quarter. It opened in 1981 within an 18th century former warehouse, and calls itself a Liverpool institution. The bar serves cask ales and craft beers. The interior has a bohemian scheme with vintage jukeboxes and pinball machines; the table jukeboxes remain in place as decoration. There is a sun-trap courtyard, and football and other sport are shown on the TVs. CAMRA describes it as a basement pub with four changing beers.
