Independent pub · Cardiff
The Pantmawr Inn is a country pub in Pantmawr, on the northern edge of Cardiff. It is in a converted former farmhouse that still has a range of outbuildings, in a small enclave among houses, reached by a narrow driveway. The pub says it has a great range of premium lager and real ales from around the UK, and uses Butty Bach Ale in its batter and steak and ale pie. Inside are a large open bar area and a snug, with darts, a pool table and a jukebox. There is a car park and a beer garden that the pub says caters for children, and live sport is shown.
