Independent pub · Canterbury
The Millers Arms in Canterbury was built in 1826 to serve the workers of the local mill, which used to straddle the canal opposite the pub. It describes itself as a riverside inn and says it serves fresh ales and fabulous food. There is a courtyard garden and an inglenook fireplace. Food is served through the day, from breakfast every day to a full Sunday roast. The inn has twelve bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and is a two to five minute walk from most of the city's central attractions and shops.
