Lord Nelson is a grand pub on Stretford Road in Urmston, Manchester, which says it dates back to the late 1800s. It prides itself on top quality cask ale and has been voted community pub of the year by CAMRA several times. CAMRA lists one changing beer and two regular beers. Rooms include a snug and vault, arranged around a central three-sided bar, and there is a small beer garden. Quiz night is on Tuesday evenings and there is a disco on Saturday nights. Live Sky and BT sport is shown, and dogs are generally welcome.
