Lion Inn's cellar is one of the deepest in Nottingham, a limestone cave two storeys down. The bar offers up to 10 cask lines, 7 craft lines, canned craft beer and more than 8 traditional ciders. Food is served every lunchtime and evening, with a roast selection on Sundays. There is a beer garden with a large grass area, and the pub has won the Dog Friendly Pub of the Year Award for the last three years. It hosts weekly pub quizzes and live music every Friday and Saturday night.
