Independent pub · London
The Lansdowne is a pub in Primrose Hill that says it has been at the heart of the area since 1992. CAMRA calls it very much a gastropub, with the focus on food, then wine, then real ale, though ales are still a feature. It is a former Charrington pub, and the tiled exterior shows it. The kitchen is known for hand-stretched pizzas and traditional Sunday roasts. There is a small outside drinking area, a private karaoke booth for up to 15 guests, and the pub is proudly dog-friendly.
