The Holly Bush is a Fuller's pub at 22 Hollymount in Hampstead, which calls itself North London's go to gastropub. CAMRA says it is a Grade II listed multi-roomed pub, rating its interior as of very special national historic interest, with a traditional open fire in the room off to the left. The building began as the stables of Romney's House. The bar offers modern craft beers and cask classics, and the kitchen serves refined pub classics from fresh, seasonal ingredients. Dogs are welcome after a walk on Hampstead Heath.
