Independent pub · Bristol
The Hatchet Inn is a half-timbered pub on Frogmore Street in central Bristol. The building is described as dating from 1606 and probably being Bristol's oldest continuously operating pub. Inside are plenty of nooks and crannies, a pool room upstairs and a surprisingly secluded garden or terrace. Four cask beers are normally on offer, usually two national brands and two from local breweries, alongside several craft keg beers. Regulars include Sharp's Doom Bar. Food is served all day, every day, and the pub has wifi.
