The Hare and Hounds is a pub on Woodlands Road in Sonning Common, a village between Henley-on-Thames and Reading. It calls itself a hidden gem in the heart of the village. It is a traditional two bar local, with a main bar of tables and chairs and a separate games room. Brakspear Gravity is a regular on cask. Two real fires keep it warm in winter. The enclosed garden has a children's play area, a covered patio and a marquee. Pool, darts and board games are on offer, and lunches are served.
