The Greyhound in Tidmarsh village, near Reading, describes itself as a modern take on a classic country pub, mixing contemporary style with 13th century charm. Five ale lines serve cask beer, with London Pride and Dark Star Hophead as the mainstays alongside rotating seasonal and guest beers. Keg beers include Peroni, Moretti, Cruz Campo and Camden Pale. Seasonal British food is served, with daily fish specials. There is a real fire, outside seating and a front terrace, and dogs are welcome.
