The Foundry Brew Pub is the brewery tap for Canterbury Brewers and Distillers, in a Victorian foundry on Stour Street in the middle of Canterbury. A large bar with an industrial feel opens into the brewery and a restaurant in a Kent barn. Three ales are usually on tap, plus keg-conditioned beers and ciders, mostly made on site. Regulars include Foundryman's Gold, Foundry Torpedo and Streetlight Porter. A taster palette of five third-of-a-pint beers is popular. The pub also distils spirits, serves pub food, runs brewery tours and was named Pub of the Year in the 2019 Kent Tourism Awards.
