Independent pub · London
The Dog House is a Victorian corner pub at Kennington Cross, south London, on the corner of Kennington Road and Kennington Lane, just down the road from The Oval cricket ground. A range of beers sits behind its horseshoe bar, and Fuller's London Pride is a regular cask beer. The pub positively encourages dogs and their owners. The terrace has plenty of sunny spots and a heated stretch canopy, with live sport shown there. Food is a mixture of British classics and modern bistro fare. The pub says it is not a sports pub but does love sport.
