The Dark Horse is a dog-friendly pub at 172-174 Church Road in Redfield, Bristol, next to St George's Park. It says it has a rustic feel with a twist, including a rooftop terrace and a disco lounge. The bar offers an extensive collection of traditional local farmhouse cider and a rotating line of local craft beer. Inside are a roaring open fire in winter, a free book exchange and baskets of board games. There is a pub quiz on alternate Tuesdays, and three self-contained guest rooms above the pub. Takeaways may be brought in, as no food is served.
