Independent pub · Brighton
The Cow is a pub a stone's throw from the Seven Dials roundabout in Brighton. It keeps a minimum of six IPAs on rotation, and CAMRA says it stocks a wide range of craft ales and one real cider, usually Rosie's Pig. CAMRA also notes a large interior centred around the island bar, with a room at the back with a number of booths. Outside is a street-front beer garden. Thai food comes from Nok Nok Kitchen, and the pub serves Sunday roasts.
