Independent pub · Leeds
The Brownlee Arms is a pub on Long Row in the leafy suburb of Horsforth, Leeds. It is named after the Olympic triathlon medal-winning Brownlee brothers, who grew up in Horsforth. Timothy Taylor Landlord is served regularly on cask, and the pub says its real Yorkshire cask ales are locally sourced and ever changing. Changing beers typically include Leeds Pale and Ossett White Rat. The Thirties bar frontage to the left-hand tap room is of particular note. The pub says it is well known for Sunday roasts, and there is outside seating to the front and rear.
