Independent pub · London
The Brompton Cross is a pub in South Kensington, a stone's throw from the Bibendum or Michelin building. The pub offers two to three cask ales from three handpumps, and the site also advertises craft ales brewed for the pub. It sits in a wedge-shaped building rebuilt in 1936 with a tiled exterior, first licensed in 1852 as a beer house. It reopened in June 2022 after a long closure. There is a cosy upstairs dining room and an extensive bar snack menu made with British produce.
