Bishops Tavern is in Bristol, a stone's throw from Cotham Gardens. CAMRA describes a large sprawling pub with a mixed customer base from students to elders, and says it was formerly The Hogshead. Two cask ales and a range of ciders are listed there. There are polished wood floors and two shuffleboard tables beyond the bar. Sport is shown on Sky Sports and TNT Sports screens, and a pub quiz runs every Tuesday. Traditional pub food includes fish and chips, burgers and small plates. The pub is dog friendly and has disabled facilities.
