The Albion describes itself as a proudly independent, family-run traditional English pub at 121 Hammersmith Road, steps from London Olympia. The wood-panelled corner bar is lit through leaded windows, with an exposed brick alcove and a large fireplace, often holding a real log fire in winter. The pub says it keeps a carefully selected range of draft beers, wines and spirits, though real ales are not always available. Food includes pub classics at lunchtime and stone-baked pizzas. It was first licensed as a beer house in 1864 and rebuilt in 1925. Dogs are welcome.
