Independent pub · London
The Temperance is a Grade II listed pub on the corner of Fulham High Street and Church Gate in Fulham. It was built in 1909 as a billiards hall, and still has three pool tables and a dart board. The high ceilings and stained glass have been highlighted inside. CAMRA records that the venue no longer sells cask ale. The menu includes mac n cheese, fish and chips, burgers, pizzas and wings, and there is a separate kids menu. Many TVs show sport, and the pub says it hosts the away team on Craven Cottage match days.
