Sadler's Cat is a contemporary community pub in the NOMA neighbourhood of Manchester, brought to you by Cloudwater. It was previously known as The Pilcrow. Cask beer is usually Cloudwater, with three changing beers, and there are up to 14 keg lines. The pub also serves natural wine, mixed drinks and non-alcoholic options. It says it has one of the best beer gardens in the city, overlooking Sadler's Yard. Inside is a single storey modern wooden building with a long, slender bar and long tables. The name nods to an early balloon flight from the site.
