The Hope And Ruin is a music-led pub in central Brighton, between the Clock Tower and the station. It calls itself a grassroots music venue and pub that supports the independent live music scene. Upstairs is The Hope Live, a 100 capacity live music room. The pub says all of its bar products are plant based, and food comes from a caravan in the corner of the pub. DJs, art happenings and quizzes are part of the mix, and dogs are welcome.
