Independent pub · Brighton
East Street Tap is a Brighton pub that calls itself the city's oldest boozer, dating from at least 1568. The beer list is keg, from local brewers such as Gun and from international brewers as far afield as New Zealand. There is also a spirit list that includes Brighton Gin, a wine list and non-alcoholic options, including Big Drop's Reef Point on tap. Guest DJs, live music and weekly club nights keep it busy after dark. An upstairs venue is available to hire for events.
