Independent pub · London
The Crown & Anchor is a corner pub on Neal Street in Covent Garden, in the Seven Dials area of London, directly opposite the Guinness Open Gate Brewery. The pub describes itself as a traditional British pub spread over two floors. It serves continental lagers and traditional cask conditioned British ales. The building is an old Watney Combe Reid pub, re-built in 1904, with original signage still on the outside. Large windows look onto the street. Home cooked pub food is on the menu, and the pub shows the big sporting tournaments live.
