The Crown & Anchor is a corner pub at 246 Brixton Road, Brixton. The pub says it has offered great beer since 2011 and was the first in Brixton to bring a proper beer selection to SW9. It has up to 25 taps at any one time, with ale, cider and craft beer. CAMRA notes beers from cask, keg, bottle and can, plus at least one cider on handpump, usually from Seacider. The long single bar has large windows and a bare brick back wall. Booma Kitchen serves North Indian food from charcoal tandoor ovens, with handmade naan breads, and Sunday roasts continue.
