Bar Glue is in a quiet and intimate corner of Liverpool's Albert Dock, and opened in late August 2024. The bar says its focus is community, inclusivity, casual but engaging service and exceptional drinks, with a minimalistic design and European style of service. It names a Spirited Awards Best New International Cocktail Bar Honouree accolade for the Europe Region. The bar has hosted masterclasses and takeovers with bars from Mexico City, Amsterdam, New York, Montreal and Sydney, and has taken its events on the road to cities including Paris, Vienna and Madrid.
